Delivery & Returns



Royal Mail First Class UK delivery is free for UK customers spending over £50 and usually received next day if ordered before 3pm.

Royal Mail First Class UK delivery is £5.99 for orders below £50 and usually received next day if ordered before 3pm.

Standard Shipping is £4.99 and usually received within 3-5 days working days.

Pre-order items will take slightly longer, we aim to have these delivered to you in approximately 10 working days. Please note this could vary due to stock status but we will keep you informed. (Full payment will be taken for all pre-order items at the time of ordering).

We are happy to provide a refund as long as you contact us for authorisation to do so and your items are returned within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item/items must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received them and must be in their original packaging.

For us to complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Items with obvious signs of use.

Obvious staining, wear and tear from wearing product.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Many of our products feature hand-stitched beading and are made from delicate fabrics such as silk. It is therefore highly recommended that you read all labels and care instructions attached to your item. If the correct care instructions haven't been followed and a fault develops due to incorrect care we are unable to offer you a refund

Any item with perfume or deodorant smells or showing signs the garment has been washed.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping

Once you have obtained permission to return or exchange your product, you should send your item to:

Unfortunately we do not cover return shipping costs, therefore you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or adding shipping insurance especially when returning items over £75. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return has been received we will inspect the item and send you an email notifying you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved we will process a refund and apply a credit automatically to the original payment method.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
